Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import External Activities

You must select the Import External Activities option to import external activities.

To select the Import External Activities option:

  1. Click File > Deltek Acumen Options.
  2. Navigate to the view for the project type you want to import.
    • Platforms (Deltek) for Open Plan
    • Platforms (Oracle) for Primavera P6
    • Platforms (Microsoft) for an MSP project
      Note: Acumen does not import external activities from Microsoft Project Server.
  3. Select Import External Activities. For more information about this field, see Importing External Activities.
  4. Click OK to close the dialog box.
  5. Import your project.
    Acumen imports the external activities into the project and they display in gray in the Activities view on the S1 // Projects tab. If you select one, you can see the predecessor/successor information on the Activity Relationships sub-tab. The external activities count towards the total activity count, they display in the activity grid, and they are included in metric calculations.
